Documentation requirements

I am working on a project pursuing IPpc89 Social Equity within the Community under LEED CI, v2009.  We are using Alternative Compliance Path for Option 2 where our project client is also a qualified organization conducting community engagement.  For the documentation, I am completing the “Option 2 Documentation Template” from the resources tab.  Could a link to the service organizations website be included in Step 3 to satisfy suggested documentation regarding program materials and proof that community engagement strategies have been implemented?  Their website lists available services, ongoing events and programs, mission/vision and etc….  Thanks for your guidance.
