Hi all,
I am also wondering about this. What is the best way to show "Confirmation that an Ergonomist or Health and Safety Specialist was utilized for the project"?
Thanks!

We created a letter confirmation (signed by me as the LEED consultant) stating, "An ergonomist was utilized for the project. Briotix Health was engaged to provide this service for [X project]. The ergonomists on the project were:" followed by their contact information. This sufficed.
