My project is pursuing option 2
There are several companies on the design team are JUST certified and are able to provide GRI G4 report as well as GRESB. My question is, if the dollar value of a design contract is less than 20%, then I don't need to include them in the submittal? Also, do I need to provide anything to prove a qualified team member is 20% or more of the design team by dollar value?
Thank you.

I suggest that you provide an excel spreadsheet that lists all design team contract holders and the percent of total contract value held by each participant, including subconsultants down to 5% of contract value. Indicate the participants counting towards the 20% threshold.
Since several members of your design team are JUST labeled and have GRI G4 reports, you’ll want to include a letter signed by CEO or CFO confirming that the human rights and community/social issues listed in the credit are addressed. For the JUST label, provide a copy of the certificate. For the GRI G4 report, complete the checklist to ensure human rights, labor practices and society categories are addressed. A letter template and the checklist can be found in the resources section of the pilot credit library.

Following up on this - if the architectural design consultant is the significant portion of the project team by contract (more than 20%), have you had to show this breakdown, or simply provided the Just Label indicating achievement of pilot credit requirements?

If you haven't already, I would provide a high-level breakdown to be conservative. Have you already submitted this credit and received any feedback. Yarden?

Has anybody submitted successfully and not done the total excel spreadsheet - just had a statement letter from the "JUST/more than 20% design fee" team member?
