NC-2009 MPR3:Must use a reasonable site boundary

Individual Project Boundary for Buildigns within Campus

Hi All

I need a suggestion please.

In a campus project we are working on currently, LEED project boundary can be easily marked on the Ground level. Parking has been allotted in the common Basement for all buildings within the campus boundary. However, the parking is not provided exactly near each building. For instance, some parking bays for building A are located near Building B and Building C, within Campus Project Boundary. So these parking bays are not connected to the Individual Project Boundary of building A or to each other. Building B&C are adjacent to Building A.

Is this acceptable and can it be considered for all related credits for Building A?

I hope I explained it ok. TIA.

That's acceptable - it's not uncommon on a campus to have a situation like that. I would just suggest providing a clearly marked basement plan highlighting the parking area reserved for each building.
