Hello, 

The project I am working does not meet the shower and changing room requirements  for Bike Facilities credit, on its own. The adjacent building (which is outside the LEED boundary ) is planned to house a  number of showers to serve both buildings. The two buildings are connected through a connector and have the same operational hours with occupants moving freely between the two buildings. However, the adjacent building wont be completed until much later. My question is, Can the showers in the adjacent building be counted toward this credit if they wont be operational (or constructed) during the time we file for certification.
