Retail-CI-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Baseline System 3 for Electricity and Natural Gas

For a retail store less than 1,000 m2 spread in 2 floors with FCUs using electricity for cooling and natural gas for heating could you confirm that Baseline system 3 is applicable for this case? Thank you.
