Hi, our project team has encountered recertification for two LEED buildings from LEED 2009 as well as LEED v2. The problems we have are,
1. Can we obtain a recertification for LEED V2 building? We couldn't find guidelines for LEED V2 recertification and came across leeduser that it has to go through initial certification. Could someone clarify what we should do?
2. For LEED 2009 buildings, if we register for recertification now, can we register under same rating or should we choose v4 ?
I appreciate if someone can lead us to a guideline more informative than the LEED recert guidance released on October 2018.
