NC-v4 LTc5:Access to quality transit

Table 1 when I have only one transit type: Bus

Hello to all,

I have following questions: In my project I have only one transit type: Bus.

1) Can I use Table 1 " Minimum daily transit for projects with multiple transit types (bus, street car) from the reference guide?

Or is this table applicable when I have more than one transit type?

2) As far  I understand there must be bus stops in both direction to qualify the transit root. My project is an airport and the bus stop is the terminal station. Do you have a suggestion on that?
