Hello, I have a question concerning Composite Wood Evaluation point.

If a manufacturer X in country A is on the TPC-Exempt CARB NAF/ULEF list (full name on the list is X A), are the same composite wood products of X manufactured in another country eligible for this credit?

Since X is on Exempt list so they cannot provide CARB ULEF/NAF certification for their products. Then what documents I need to submit to prove that this composite wood is compliant?
