Is all solid wood considered inherently non-emitting? I’ve seen sources that say only solid wood flooring counts as inherently non-emitting.

When we refer to VOC content evaluation for projects outside US, as far as we understand LEED v4 compliant paints and varnishes shall fulfil European deco paint requirements 2004/42/EC ( please see below the green marking). Are you agreeing on this?

If a paint is used for projects within the European Union - yes, this is correct.
