NC-v4 EAc2:Optimize energy performance

Select system for the Baseline building according ASHRAE 90.1 -2010 - Proposed wiht Heat pump

Hello,

I have following questioning:

My proposed building is nonresidential 710.000 ft2 and the Heating/ Cooling production is made with Chillers and Heat pumps.

My proposed building consumes no fossil fuel.

According  Tables  G3.1.1A and 1B my baseline will be with system 8/ VAV with PFP boxes, cooling type Chilled water, Heating type electric resistance. Do you have maybe a suggestion or a comment ?
