VOC requirements of Non Shrink Grount under Structural Steel column Base plates

Hi

In our project, we are using non-shrink grout under structural steel column base plates. This non shrink grout and base plate will be covered by floor screed and further floor finishes. As these non shrink grout is not exposed, do the LEED v4 low emitting materials - adhesives and sealant VOC/Emission requirements applicable for this material- (non shrink grout)

This thread is specifically for LEED2009, but across all versions, if it is inside the air/vapour barrier, it must meet the requirements.
