NC-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

Ozone Filtration in C&S V3 Building

Hello everybody. We have a V4 interior certification design for HVAC in a building that is LEED V3, so the C&S infrastructure do not have a MERV 11 and an activated carbon filtration for ozone removal. If the Building is V3 and the Fit Out is V4, is it required to improve the C&S infrastructure providing these conditions so the certification complies? This project is in Mexico City. Thanks.
