Ways for achieving this credit other than Furniture Systems?

Hello,

Does anyone have experience achieving this credit other than furniture systems? It seems to be the only way that I can find that has the multiple certifications attribute and is also a large enough amount of the total project cost to be able to meet the requirements for this credit threshold.

Since commercial interiors projects rarely include single ply roofing membranes, and grout, ceramic tile, glass tile, and wallcovering are typically a very small proportion of your total materials cost, this credit is looking very hard to achieve. As far as we can tell, your best bet is to specify 100% of your flooring materials to meet NSF 140 with credit 6.3.3.1 or NSF 332 with credit 5.2.2, but this may still not get you there depending on your project scope.
