Bicycle parking and shower facility requirement for Mosque

We are designing a mosque in Hatta, Dubai. In which category would Mosque fall into, to calculate bicycle rack and shower requirements? Definitely not commercial, would it be considered in residential- since there are Imam and watchman's houses on site. They are the only regular occupants for mosque. Others will be considered as visitors/short term occupants.
