What are the consequences of re-opening an approved credit from early Design submittal to re-edit information for ex. update the project boundaries for the final design submittal ?

The credit will receive an additional round of review if a design change has caused the data to change.
If it's not a substantial change, the reviewer may just mark it awarded again without comment.
I'd just recommend including a narrative in the form noting the change and if/how it affected the credit achievement.
