NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

System type for baseline in semiheated spaces

Hello,

I have  an office that is classified semiheated space (heating capacity equal to 27 W/m2, climate zone 4) and cooled space (cooling capacity equal to 47 W/m2). What is the baseline system type I have to use? Identically to the proposed or according to Appendix G, Table G3.1.1A-B?

According to Appendix G, Section G3.1.1. If you have space that is cooled it is considered fully conditioned. Semi-heated would only refer to heated only spaces and only affects the insulation levels.
