I have a building composed of two parts: a warehouse and an office. Office is served only by district heating and cooling while warehouse is served both by des and by a stand alone heat pump unit (that is not a part of the district system).
I would know how to submit this project: how can I model baseline systems?
Can I model everything as a district (Path 1)? How can I consider the heat pump?
Thanks

I think I have answered these questions already. Office purchased energy, warehouse follow Appendix G.

We have a Campus Project that uses District Energy from a central plant that is within the campus (but outside our LEED project boundary). Our mechanical engineer/energy modeler is asking whether we should submit separate models for the LEED project and the central plant, or one that combines the two. The resultant savings are the same either way.
Thanks in advance for any guidance.

What district energy system methodology is the modeler using to document the energy savings?
