The school zone is located on a road with a 30 mph speed limit sign. Within that school zone, there are no bike lanes but it does contain a yellow Bike Sign that says "Share the Road." There is a bike lane where the school zone ends. Would the yellow Bike sign be able to justify the school zone as a bike network?
