For one existing building , not possible to implement the separate metering system for light, fan, , Machine etc. for all floor as they are connected integrally to a single line.
It is possible to install a single metering system floor wise (Note that, building is 7 Storied we can install 7 meter for 7 floor).
But for Air Conditioning it is possible to separate metering (only one floor some office area is air conditioned area). Also possible to install separate meter for utilities.
Is it mandatory for existing building to provide separate metering system for LEED Certification?
