NC-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

Airflow monitor alarms

We have several single zone RTU's that will need direct airflow monitors because the units have DCV.  The contractor says the low OA alarm will be located on the units at the roof.  They do not currently have a BAS in the design where a central panel could alert maintenance staff.  A remote alarm on the roof does not seem to me meet the credit intent - but I don't see any language about where the alarms need to be located.

Does anyone know where better guidance can be found?

I am also wondering the same.

GBCI is aware that there is no alarm requirement listed within the LEED reference guide for constant volume systems.  I would expect an addendum to be issued to address alarm requirements in this situation.
