Did anyone get confirmation that a garage under the building is eligible for option 2 regardless of what roofing material is on the rooftop? Like in v2009. Just for being under a building?

Yes, if your parking is covered, be it underground, in a parking structure (including at least 75% of the total is covered), or even surface parking that is covered (such as with solar or other shade structures), your project should qualify for Option 2.

Hello, I'd like to confirm something: If my 7-story building completely covers the underground parking, for Option 2, I don't need to submit the manufacturer documentation for SRI, SR, of the building rooftop, correct?
