Energy Star Equivalent

Hello,

How do I find out if my local energy label (Selo Procel) is equivalent to energy star?

I Know that in v.3 LEED used to accept our label, but I don't know if its the same for v.4

You demonstrate equivalency by examining the criteria to see if it is similar. If it was accepted in v3, it should be accepted in v4.
