Hi All,
I am modeling a "Group Project" which as 4(A,B,C & D) Building in LEED boundary, Building-A is "Treatment area" (Nonresidential), Building-B&C is Leaving units(Residential) and Building-D is "Warehouse with MEP" (Nonresidential).I want to model all building in one combined energy model, my question is while I model Baseline model should I go system as per Table-G3.1.1A for each individual building type, also all building utility is from purchased heat. Can I approach example Building-D warehouse area around 17500 sf one floor, which comes under nonresidential "System 3-PSZ-AC”. In addition, while filling Section 1.4 spreadsheet multiple building details tab we need check as one combined energy model and in the Airside HAVC tab baseline Colum should entered with individual building or we can combine?

Yes each separate building area/# floors would be used to determine the baseline system. Since it is purchased heat you will need to follow the guidance in the DESv2, Appendix G, or Appendix G with Addendum ai.
You aren't going to be able to combine the input summary. I would provide a separate Section 1.4 spreadsheet for each building. You will also need to separately report the energy use and cost for each building as each one individually must meet the minimum level of savings. There is a tab in this spreadsheet you should use to do that reporting and you may be able to use it for all the buildings.
