NC-v4 EQc8:Quality views

Strategy to fulfill the pilot credit Quality views in non regularly occupied spaces

In a Project that we are advising that consists of an Innovation building for a University, we are aiming to achieve this pilot loan by implementing two main strategies, the first is that all spaces regularly and not regularly occupied are located on the perimeter of the building, this way all the spaces have access to windows and it is possible that they have access to quality views. There are only two spaces in the central part of the building that are receptions and waiting rooms, for these spaces the second strategy was implemented, considering partitions in glass, in this way it ensures that the central spaces also have access to views towards the outside, and since the depth of the spaces from the windows meets the condition of 3 times the height, then it also allows the fulfillment of the pilot loan.

This was a very interesting loan for us in this building, because we assure the luminous comfort and views in as many spaces as posible.
