Received a Review Comment requesting that we provide the LEED EBOM form filled out for this ID Credit documentation - I have pursued and achieved this credit with a comprehensive IPM Plan that clearly meets the credit requirements on countless projects over the years and NEVER have I had to provide the EBOM form filled out. Is this a new requirement? Seems silly if it is since v2009 has already been replaced. Any feedback would be appreciated.

It's a longstanding requirement that a project attempting a credit from a different rating system must provide the credit form, but as your experience tells you, it's not always necessary to confirm compliance. For some credits where the form includes a calculation, it's of more importance but in this case the form is more of a formality and the plan is the substance. Was that the only comment you received? If the missing form was the only issue, I'm not sure why it wasn't awarded.
