Our building is mostly residential. Must we provide showers and changing rooms for the nonresidential portion?

Existing Bicycle Storage at mixed use facility

Hello, we are adding a Hotel to a large mixed use entertainment destination that already has existing exterior bike racks (approx. 200+ bikes)  at the main entrance.  These are farther than 200 yards from the main entrance to the Hotel.  Can these existing bike racks be used for the point? It seems odd to have to add a bike rack for 22 bicycles (per FTE count) at the main entrance of the Hotel.  We are providing the required shower and changing facilities in the Hotel.

Any feedback would be great.

Andrew, The bike racks have to be "within 200 yards of b building entrance" (so not necessarily the main entrance).  We have not had much luck arguing for a larger distance. Good luck!
