Greetings,
There is a question about the non-tradable surfaces of the exterior lighting, specifically Facades lighting.
The Baseline lighting power allowance for the Facades is about 3000 W (calculated in MEPC), whereas for the Propose is about 800 W.
As it is not allowed to take credits is this situation, which value is to be entered in the MEPC for the Proposed.
Your opinion is highly appreciated.
Thanks.

The MEPC should be a summary of the modeling inputs. So enter 800 W under both so that it shown to be modeled identically.

Hi Marcus,
Thanks for the reply.
Another question to this issue:
In MEPC there is a Base Site Allowance, depending of the Zone. When performing the energy simulation, should we add this load to the total Baseline exterior lighting power.
Thanks.

Yes this gets added to the baseline calculations.
