I have recycled content information for a product, but it doesn’t specify whether it is pre-consumer or post-consumer. What should I do?

Does anyone else experience this happening in their excel spreadsheet? I am able to download the 2009 calculator from the USGBC, and fill out info for MRc4. When I make my way to inserting MRc5 Regional Material Values, it asks me for a password, specifically in the % by weight column.

I have the marcos enabled on the worksheet and the sheet unprotected.
