OEKO-TEX Standard 100: Conforms with LEED?

We are evaluating a fabric wall covering. The only testing documentation we can find is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (Class II). Has anyone researched whether this standard conforms with v4 requirements and CDPH methods?

I just made a detailed check of OEKO-TEX 100 standard. Unfortunately OEKO-TEX 100 is not compatible with CDPH and thus with v4 requirements which are about VOC emissions. But VOC emissions not always are tested for OEKO-TEX 100; and if they are tested, then the list of limited VOCs and the testing method of OEKO-TEX 100 do not cover the limits and the methods of CDPH. Therefore, the requirements are less stringent with OEKO-TEX 100 than with CDPH / v4.
