Hello has anyone seen a path or strategy for achieving credits that require safe paths of travel in rural areas or unincorporated areas?
Most of these areas do not have "Sidewalks" consistently through out the neighborhoods.
Has anyone argued an alternative strategy or meeting of the intent without having clear Bike Lanes or clear safe off street pathways or sidewalks?
