NC-v4 EQc2:Low emitting materials

What happened to less than or equal to?

I am running into an issue that a Low VOC PVC Solvent Cement lists the VOC requirement as 510g/L. On LEEDv3 project I would have entered this in the template and been on my way (the threshold is 510 g/L). In the LEEDv4 Low Emitting Materials Calculator when I enter this into the calculator it shows that the design case is equal to the baseline case and therefore NOT compliant. What happened to less than or equal to? I don't know where I am going to find a PVC solvent cement that is under 510 g/L since that was the v3 standard. Thanks!

i've seen numerous times where a TDS or SDS lists a VOC but when you contact the mfgr you find out the actual VOC is slightly different. maybe contact them to confirm the latest actual VOC per EPA Std 24.
