CS-v4 MPR2:Must use reasonable LEED boundaries

Division of Building in a Core and Shell Project

Dear all,

We have a project that consists of private offices (belong to the owner), rental offices as well as a mall and restaurant spaces. I wonder whether we can divide the building in a way that our LEED project (Core and Shell, v4) just includes private and rental offices? Is it possible, if so in which conditions?
