NC-v4 MRc2:Building product disclosure and optimization - environmental product declarations

Several Similar Products EPDs

About the MRc2 Op 1 Environmental Product Declaration, to my knowledge if you have an EPD type III (specific product) it counts as one single product. Right? And according to the EPD system, several similar products (but different function, as the case of concrete mixes) may be included in the same EPD, right? But when you summit this information before LEED, would LEED count this EPD as one product, or it can counts as many times as the number of mixes declared in the EPD?

So the question is, do  I have to develop as many EPDs type III, as the number of mixes, in order to they can be counted as one single product?

Thanks in advance

Hi Gamaliel, It's true that one EPD can cover more than one distinct "product" as defined by LEED. As long as that's done right, than you should be able to submit the same EPD for multiple different products within a project, and have them could as separate products toward the threshold of 20.

Hi Nadav, Thank you so much for your response. Do you know whether a project has summited something like this before and have a favourable response from leed? thanks in advance.
