Lighting Power Density for berth and roadway areas - space by space method

I'm working with a large scale multi-floor distribution center and trying to determine the correct LPD - lighting power densities of the berths and vehicle paths. I wonder if the LPD of the "berth" areas, where the cargo is loaded/unloaded can be considered as warehouse - medium/bulky material storage even though the berth is not inside the building envelope. Also, the vehicle tracks that serve the berths, is the LPD of parking garage is the best option for it?

Sounds like the best option is warehouse for all these areas. A warehouse would include the shelves and the isles in between as well as any staging area for loading and unloading.
