Dear all,
A building with 8 rooms that have similar areas of 3,825 sqm is under construction phase. Its owner wants to get LEED ID+C certification for R&D room.
Question 1: Is it accepted for the client to register LEED ID+C for its R&D room in this stage?
The R&D room is being built in the same time with the rest of the building.
Question 2: The boundary of R&D project has to cover all construction scope relating to it and doesn’t need to cover all construction scope of other parts of the building, is that right?
The entire building is owned and operated by only one company.
Question 3: Does it cause any obstacles for ID+C Certification of this LEED project?
