How can we proceed with this credit in a LEED ND-plan, if there is a requirement to track diverted waste?
The infrastructure works in this project will only begin after the plan phase is completed and will take years..
I am referring to Step 2 under the "Recycle or Reuse Construction and Demolition Waste" requirement.
The credit requires 4 out of 5 requirements, and since citywide composting is not yet available, we must adhere to all remaining 4 requirements.
The other three requirements are implemented in the neighborhood design plan.
