What is the scope or definition for 'other retail' use type under the category 'community serving retail'?

I believe it's meant to include other typical retail stores, like a clothing store, shoe store, or toy store...things along those lines. We included a clothing store in our documentation that was accepted, but our project was in a very dense urban core, where many services were available and listed, so it's hard to tell if that particular service was specifically accepted, since we listed more than the minimum required. The documentation was accepted without comment; I'd like to think they would have chastised us for including a non-compliant service, but I guess we won't know for sure until we get through some additional projects.
