Hi Kim, informal transit stops can count towards your total. The definition of informal transit in the LEED reference guide is: "informal transit a transit service in which individuals travel together in a passenger car or small van that seats at least four people. It can include human-powered conveyances, which must accommodate at least two people. It must include an enclosed passenger seating area, fixed route service, fixed fare structure, regular operation, and the ability to pick up multiple riders."   You are also able to manually count trips to document routes without formally published schedules.

I would prepare a map highlighting the project location and the pickup point(s) for these vehicles. Then, a narrative that states your average trip count plus a sentence or two addressing each of the requirements in the definition, maybe with a photo of the vehicles if that will help make it clear how they meet the definition: -enclosed passenger seating area -fixed route service -fixed fare structure -regular operation -and the ability to pick up multiple riders.   It's understood that there won't be formal schedules or published fares as backup documentation, but the reviewer would want to see that you're counting these trips in good faith.   I hope that's a good start and that USGBC/GBCI can help out with other questions - it is a difficult credit to apply in many places without formal transit and I hope that more questions about how to demonstrate high transit service in cities like this one will push for some international alternative guidance to be published.
