Bicycle racks should reflect best practices in design and installation. The rack should support the bicycle in at least two places, to keep it from falling over, and allow the owner to lock both the bicycle frame and one or both wheels with a U-lock. The rack must be securely anchored and resistant to cutting, rusting, bending, and other deformation.
HOWEVER... does double stacked bicycle racks comply with the credit?

We've used these on v2009 projects with no problem. For v4, I'd say they're fine for long-term or residential storage, but you'd want something more accessible for visitor storage.

Only on v2009 projects so far, not v4. They have been approved on v2009 projects.
