Inspection reports vs photos?

In v2009, inspection reports were sufficient documentation to confirm the implementation of the IAQ Mgmt Plan.  Is this still acceptable?  The LEED v4 reference guide only mentions photographic documentation.

Hi Erin, My guess is they're looking for more proof in addition to the textual inspection reports. I don't see any text regarding inspection reports, but you can always submit a LEED Interpretation defending your case for why only inspection reports will work, or, contact a LEED coach: leedcoach@usgbc.org.   Hope that helps!
