Not sure how to best explain this so Im hoping if I give you the data, someone can help guide me in how im supposed to calculate this...
Our building has a meal program that serves lunch MWF every week to 30 people.
The first Friday of every month they serve dinner to 50 people.
They have drum practice, tech classes and a beading group that comes occasionally but I have no numbers on group size or when they visit.
They serve Holiday meals to 125 people and have various parties for 45 people.
There are 4 full time employees, 9 part time employees, and 8 people that come once a month to help.
