NC-2009 IEQc3.1:Construction IAQ Management Plan—During Construction

Is filtration media MERV 9 allowed during construction?  This is in addition to the MERV 8 filters for the AHU's.

The MERV 8 requirement is a minimum, so yes, MERV 9 is allowed.
