Bicyle Storage in a office building

Hi,

Is the Case 1. commercial or institutional projects applicable for an office building ? 

I'm not sure to clearly understand what is an institutional project, and, in my case, what is the bicyle storage rules i need to respect.

Hi Guillaume, Case 1 would be correct for an office project. Don't worry about the definition of "institutional" - Case 1 covers all non-residential buildings. Case 2 or 3 applies only if there are residential units in the project.
