CS-v4 EAc3:Advanced energy metering

1 point for CS-v4 EAc3 - Advanced energy metering?

I assume C&S can achieve 1 point with this credit but the Reference Guide doesn't explicitly say 1 point.

"This credit applies to:

New Construction (1 point), Core and Shell, Schools (1 point), Retail (1 point)...."

What am I missing? Thanks!

Sarah, This was a mistake in the original Reference Guide, it has been addressed in an addendum. If you are confused about a credit, it is always best to check the online Reference Guide at USGBC.org/credits
