FAQs about EAp1 :

For a building with individual systems per unit, does every single system need to be commissioned?

What kinds of projects must the CxA demonstrate experience on?

Hi,

Is it permitted for an employee of a MEP consultancy to act as the LEED CxA if other employees within the same firm are the MEP designers for the project. The project is greater than 20,000sq Ft. I am only referring to Fundamental commissioning and verification.

Is there any risk that the LEED reviewers might see this as a conflict of interest. ?
