Hi, 

We are calculating the surrounding density for our project location, we have buildable land and we are not sure how we should consider this buildable land for the FAR calculation shall it be included in the residential or non residential area?

Hi Gabriela, you can include that in either calculation. I would default to considering it as the same type as neighboring/surrounding land. But as long as you are being honest to the best of your knowledge and not obviously mis-representing it to gain more points, either way is fine.
