We have a project consisting of two LEED buildings sharing a massive Parking Garage (concrete structure). This Parking Garage contain 5 levels. (4 dedicated to one building 1 to the other)

If this Parking Garage is dedicated to the LEED projects,

Can we include the Concrete Structure Cost in the LEED Project's Total Material Cost?

I don't believe so. But I believe you'd need to include any C&D waste coming from bldg. of the garage in your 2 LEED projects. Keep in mind if the top surface of the pkg garage meets the SSc7.2 requirements you can apply that to the SSc7.1 credit (at least for NCv2009, not sure about v4.) I'd love to know about any others that have pkg garages on their project site footprint- as we do and got some feedback from GBCI/USGBC 1.5-2 years ago that we can share.

I have received guidance on inclusion of parking structures on a recent (LEED v4 BD+C) project. That guidance states that if the garage is part of the project then in general, while the garage is not included in the project GFA, its materials must be include in the MR calculations and its energy use must be included in the energy model.
