Do grout and caulking need to be included, and if so, what is the application category?

NC-2009 IEQc4.1:Low-Emitting Materials—Adhesives and Sealants
Hi - this is my first full blown LEED job to document. I am getting ready to send the forms to the MEP subs for them to fill out for IEQc4.1. Since I don't know what I'm looking for, product wise, I wondered if there might be a generic list or something similar that lists items used on most jobs? I'd like to send that to them as well to give them a little help also.
We get this info from the elevator subcontractor, too, right? Thanks
