Retail-NC-v4 LTc6:Bicycle facilities

default visitor count for retail projects

we're doing a C+S with a retail lease space.  How do we determine the retail visitor count for this credit, WE, etc.?  i thought i saw this in v2009 but now i can't find it - can someone point us in the right direction.  Thank you!
